• All services require partial or full advance payment before project commencement.
• Payment details and milestones will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.
• Any additional features requested after agreement may incur additional charges.

• We strive to meet mutually agreed-upon deadlines.
• Any delay in client feedback, content delivery, or payment may impact project timelines.
• Kharkai shall not be held liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., server downtime, third-party issues).

• Upon full payment, ownership of custom designs, code, and content developed by us is transferred to the client.
• We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused due to the use or inability to use our services.
• Clients are responsible for regular data backups, unless a maintenance package has been subscribed to.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies your agreement with the revised terms.
